To play the captivating composition Liber Loagaeth, the Jack Quartet shares the stage with the world famous soprano Barbara Hannigan. A contemporary diva, who has become John Zorn's absolute muse. The programme also features mesmerizing works for the string quintet Sigil Magick and the string sextet Prolegomena in which Zorn hints at his penchant for the metaphysical and the occult. The vibraphonist Sae Hashimoto joins the Jack Quartet as it performs Though Experiments. Other guests due to make an appearance are the cellist Michael Nicolas and the violist Yura Lee.
