The English composer and voice artist Laura Bowler (1986) is praised for her provocative art. The ritual music theater work Advert brings together many of Bowler's passions: music experimentation, tattoo art, vocal acrobatics and physical performance. “A cross between Cathy Berberian and Pussy Riot,” wrote the English newspaper The Spectator about Bowler's performance arts.
