A rock guitarist who composes? Or a composer who plays rock guitar? Bryce Dessner doesn't care, he simply is both. Bryce Dessner is a festival composer at November Music 2022. The South Netherlands Philharmonic is a regular guest at the festival. Together with Dessner, it presents an overview of his orchestral oeuvre. With trombonist Jörgen van Rijen and guitarist/composer Aart Strootman in starring roles; the composer himself features on electric guitar.
